REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. OVERVIEW OF DIGITAL GOODS Unlike physical commerce, Creative Thinkers Magazine deals exclusively in digital intellectual property and AI software access. Therefore, the traditional concept of “returning a product” does not apply. All sales are essentially final upon the granting of access.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA We adhere to a strict refund policy to prevent abuse of our digital content. Refunds are ONLY granted under the following conditions:

  • Critical Technical Failure: The User was charged, but the system failed to grant access to the purchased tier/product.
  • Billing Error: The User was charged multiple times for a single billing cycle due to a gateway error.

Note: We do not offer refunds for “change of mind,” “unused subscription time,” or “incompatibility with personal devices.”

3. REFUND PROCESSING PROTOCOLS (GATEWAY SPECIFIC) Since we operate with multiple payment partners, the refund timeline depends on the original payment method:

A. Refunds for Subscriptions (Via PayHere):

  • Approved refunds are processed through the PayHere Merchant Portal.
  • Timeline: Once initiated by us, the reversal involves inter-bank processing. It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in the Cardholder’s statement.
  • Method: Refunds are strictly processed back to the original source card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex).

B. Refunds for One-Time Purchases (Via Onepay):

  • Refunds for transactions made via Onepay will be processed subject to Onepay’s settlement policies.
  • If automatic reversal is not supported by the gateway for a specific transaction type, we reserve the right to execute the refund via a direct Bank Transfer (SLIPS/CEFT) after identity verification.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY Users may cancel their recurring subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be performed at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
